It is necessary to make the surface of the anilox transfer roller free of oil, dust or powder, because the oil will make the ink unable to transmit, and the powder will cause wear on the anilox transfer roller, and the wear on the surface of the anilox transfer roller will reduce the ink. The volume thus affects the transfer of ink. If there are large scars on the surface of the anilox transfer roller, it must be stopped, otherwise the scars will expand rapidly, causing damage to the inking roller and the printing plate, so that the quality of the printed product cannot be guaranteed.
